Edgars, the Oxfordshire-based vibrant planning consultancy, has been shortlisted as a finalist in three 2019 Oxfordshire Property Festival Awards categories: Best Property Advisor/Agent, Most Innovative; Enterprising Working Environment (Cool and Funky Space Award) and Property Leader of the Year for its founder, Jayne Norris.
Now in their second year, the Oxfordshire Property Awards is respected among the county’s property industry, celebrating the exceptional talent, activity and achievements.
In the last 12 months, Edgars has seen a 30% increase in its turnover, increased staff numbers by 50%, and won 67 new clients, made key hires and internal promotions, moved into state-of-the-art new offices, refreshed its brand identity to reflect its future direction, celebrated its 12-year anniversary and seen a high planning application approval success rate.
Edgars is honoured to have been shortlisted for three awards, in particular being recognised for their achievements in being shortlisted as Best Property Advisor/Agent, reflecting their ethos “We care more”, so clients and employees all receive the best experience through everything it does, whether its training staff, mentoring graduates and apprentices or offering advice to clients or fellow consultants.
The entry for the Workspace award reflects the company’s recent move to The Old Bank in Witney, a building which has undergone a complete transformation to accommodate all staff members in the same open space, allowing for collaborative working whilst being a place that is an inspiring and positive place to work.
