Stratford-on-Avon District Council are running a public consultation on its proposed site allocation plan. The site allocation plan is an additional plan that will sit alongside the existing Core Strategy which will enable residents, businesses and communities to know where development may occur in the future.
The site allocation plan includes the information regarding:
- Reserve housing sites
- Self and custom build housing sites
- Built-up area boundaries
- Employment enabling sites
- A46 safeguarding
- Several site specific policies, including sites for employment and regeneration
