With demand for housing so high across the region, understanding the latest snapshot is important, and our traffic lights indicate where there is greatest opportunity for development – see West Oxfordshire, Cherwell and Cotswolds districts who have the lowest five-year housing land supply.

With the significant boost in housing which is required across Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire, and emerging local plans in formation, now is a good time to explore opportunities or review sites which could assist in meeting housing targets.

We work closely with landowners and developers to gain consent for housing sites. If you have a potential housing site you’d like to discuss, please get in touch at enquiries@edgarslimited.co.uk or call 01865 731700.
