Iain joined Edgars in 2019, and his extensive planning expertise is now underpinned by more than 11 years of combined public and private sector experience. He has worked on projects across a wide spectrum of scales and a broad range of sectors. From rural estates in the Cotswolds, the Chilterns and the wider Thames Valley, to urban and regeneration schemes within Oxford, London and beyond, Iain has demonstrated outstanding project management utilising clear planning strategies, and his excellent client relations along with the support he gives for both senior and junior colleagues make him a valued part of the Edgars team.
