Lillian Duffield

Senior Planner - MA (Oxon) MSc MRTPI

Lillian joined Edgars as a Planner in September 2017. Lillian has a number of years’ experience in private planning practice working on projects in the education, residential and heritage sectors in and around Oxfordshire.

Lillian provides planning consultancy advice to assist clients with navigating the planning process and realising their development aspirations including preparing planning appraisals to identify development potential. Her work includes preparing, submitting and project managing planning and listed building consent applications; dealing with discharge of conditions; and promoting land through the local plan process. Lillian has a particular interest in managing change within historic environments and the adaptation and conversion of historic buildings. She has previously worked for the National Trust on the review of the World Heritage Site Management Plan at Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal.

Lillian was elected as a Chartered Town Planner in March 2017 and has been a Steering Group Member of the RTPI Thames Valley Young Planners Network since October 2014. She has a Spatial Planning MSc at Oxford Brookes University and is a Geography Graduate from the University of Oxford.
