After joining Edgars a year ago following a career change from teaching, Rachel is currently studying for her MSc in Spatial Planning at Oxford Brookes University.

Over the past year, Rachel has gained experience working on a wide range of projects, particularly within the commercial and agricultural sectors. She has leveraged her strong problem-solving and communication skills to assist clients with planning applications, listed building consents, planning feasibility appraisals and lawful development certificate applications.
