Edgars Limited was appointed to seek permission for a residential development of 15 dwellings, including garages and a sewage treatment plant in the Oxfordshire village of Northmoor.
Edgars Limited carried out a background work on the site and surrounding area. This enabled us to fully identify any potential constraints that the scheme could face. We completed both a Planning Statement and a Design and Access Statement. Included were the constraints that we had identified and our proposed solutions. By presenting our argument in a fashion that complied with the Council’s recommendations, whilst also in keeping with the client’s desires for the site, a successful planning permission was secured.
