When I joined Edgars three years ago, the company had embarked upon an ambitious growth plan to enhance our services to clients, to reach new markets and to expand our profile. Since then, the company has doubled in size, opening offices in Witney and Oxford city centre, welcoming new talent and investing in staff development. I feel privileged to be part of this journey and to have grown with the company. I look forward to furthering my development with Edgars to ensure that we continue to deliver the best expertise and service to our clients.”
Hugh Shepherd, senior planner, Edgars: “Since joining the company in March 2019, I have enjoyed working on and delivering a variety of projects and engaging with some fantastic clients across commercial, agricultural, residential and educational backgrounds. I have been inspired by the work ethic and support that I have experienced within the office. The team is always looking to grow their knowledge and skills to deliver our clients the very best service. It is recognised that different team members bring different skills to the table. We embrace this and learn from each other to deliver the highest quality of work we can. This culture of pursuing excellence, but also of support and staff development, is one of which I am excited to be a part.”
Iain Summerwood, senior planner, Edgars concluded: “Since joining the team earlier this year I have been involved in a variety of projects and am impressed by the professional and collaborative working of the team. I have already been able to work on a variety of educational sector projects, and look forward to gaining further experience in this sector and contributing towards planning the future of the built environment.”Back to news
