Apprenticeships at Edgars

We’re keen to always be at the forefront of apprenticeships. In 2017, we became part of the Royal Town Planning Institute Trailblazer Group, as the only SME consultancy directly involved in the process of promoting the profession through apprenticeships. Having welcomed oursixth apprentice through the door in 2022, we see it as the way forward.

We understand the value that apprenticeships can bring to businesses, individuals and communities. That’s why we aim to provide our apprentices with the best start, with a carefully constructed CPD programme and valuable mentoring.

If you’d like to apply for an apprenticeship with us, email your CV and a cover letter to careers@edgarslimited.co.uk.

“I joined Edgars in September 2017. I was attracted by the calibre of projects and clients that the company has built up, especially in the heritage and growing business. The office has a really positive atmosphere as a result of the enthusiasm for the planning profession and the collaborative working approach which is encouraged. It is fantastic working in such a supportive team, as I have already benefitted hugely from the range of expertise and experience that my colleagues have to share. Staff are encouraged to pursue their own areas of specialism through training and development opportunities so that they can contribute towards further consolidating and diversifying what services the business has to offer. All of this together makes Edgars a fulfilling and place to work, whether you are just starting out in your career, or are looking for a new challenge.”
