We’re pleased to share that we have promoted Alex Edge and Iain Summerwood as part of our continued growth strategy focused on delivering inspiring futures and places for our clients while nurturing and training our talent.
Alex Edge has been promoted to associate and Iain Summerwood has been promoted to principal planner. Alex started his career at Leicester City Council and joined Edgars in 2016 as a graduate planner. With an incredible eye for detail, Alex specialises in development management, large urban design projects and heritage proposals.
Iain joined Edgars in 2019 after starting his planning career in the public sector, working within a borough council west of London. Following this, he gained experience working primarily on residential and educational projects, within a multi-disciplinary built environment firm. Iain’s client management and support for both senior and junior colleagues make him a valuable member of the team.
