He supports the team by preparing planning applications, appeals and development appraisals and assists with complex major developments and masterplans. Over his time with Edgars, Alex has greatly expanded his planning skills and has developed his expertise, particularly in the residential, education, estate and healthcare sectors.
Alex holds a Distinction in Urban Design (Oxford Brookes University), a First in City and Regional Planning (Cardiff University) and was elected as a Chartered Town Planner in May 2020, reflecting his expertise in both planning and design. With over five years of experience with Edgars and previous experience at Leicester City Council, Alex has developed a particular emphasis on delivering solution-focused results, with a view to unlocking full development potential for clients.
