Sam joined Edgars in September 2018 as a planning technician and is currently undertaking his Chartered Town Planner Apprenticeship. He has recently been promoted to a planner in Spring 2022 and supports the team by preparing planning applications, desktop site appraisals and development appraisals and assisting with complex projects. During his time at Edgars, Sam has continued to gain experience in the sector and develop his skills and has a particular interest in permitted development.
