Northmoor Park Ltd appointed Edgars Limited to assist with their application for the demolition of industrial units and erection of five self-build live/work units and a sewage treatment plant. The officer’s reccomendation was for the development to be refused.
By securing the support of the local parish council, and undertaking a thorough investigative process with comprehensive reports in ecology, highways and a planning statement that clearly outlined the benefits and necessity of the site, Edgars Limited was able to successfully argue a grant for planning permission.
